Pump up your regular beauty routine with a POP of color. To achieve this look, keep your eyeshadow base neutral (nude, beige, close to your skin tone with little to no shimmer). Next draw a thick line with COLORED eyeliner (pencils are easiest, or you can try liquid if you have a steady hand). Apply BLACK liner as close to the lash line as possible (liquid works best to make eyes pop with major definition). To finish this look, line lower lash-line on the inner rim with a white pencil liner. Coat with volumizing mascara, and if you really want to punch it up a notch - go for fake lashes. Why not?
